1 pc | whole pork pata, front part | ||||
1/4 cup | coocking oiloil | ||||
1/2 cup | Mamasitas oyster sauce (order at Hapinoy Tayo) | ||||
1/4 cup | Silver swan Soy sauce (order at Hapinoy Tayo) | ||||
2 tbsp | sliced ginger | ||||
1/2 cup | ½-inch pieces spring onion | ||||
1 cup | lenghtwisedried shiitake mushroom (optional) | ||||
2 pcs | star anise | ||||
3 tbsp | black peppercorn | ||||
4 pcs | whole bokchoy, halved and rinsed | ||||
1 sachet | or 8grams Maggi sarap seasoning ( order at Hapinoy Tayo) | ||||
2 tbsp | cornstarch, dissolved in 3 tbsp water |
Cooking Instructions
1. Heat oil in a large pan and brown pata on all sides. Set aside.
2.
Combine Mamasitas Oyster Sauce, Silver swan soy sauce , ginger spring onion, mushroom, star anise
and black peppercorn in a pot.

Place pork pata and pour just enough water to barely cover the pork.
Cover and simmer for 2 ½ hours or until tender. Strain pork and set
aside to rest.
4. Simmer bokchoy in cooking liguid for 2 minutes. Strain and set aside. Strain mushroom, slice and set aside.
5.
Simmer cooking liquid until slightly thick. Season with MAGGI MAGIC
SARAP®. Slowly stir in cornstarch and water mixture to thicken the
sauce. Transfer bokchoy, mushroom and pata in a platter, pour sauce on
top and serve.

Pork Liemo Sisig with Ladys Choice Sandwich Spread
"Sisig introduces back 1732 in Pampanga as a salad including green papaya or half riped fruits with salt,pepper, vinegar, garlic. Later on, locals added meat to the dish and uses other ingredients that improves the taste of sisig."

Crispy Pork Liempo with Lady's Choice Sandwich Spread |
Serves for : 3-4 persons
Prep time :10-15 mins
Cooking time : 45mins
Ingredients:
750grams Sliced Pork Liempo
water
1 tbsp pepper
1 sachet or 8grams
Magic sarap ( available at Hapinoy Tayo)
1 pc Laurel Leaf
cooking oil
1 red onion 9chooped)
5 chooped garlic
1 long red chilli (or more depending on you)
1 long green chilli
2 tbsp silver swan soy sauce ( Available at Hapinoy Tayo)
3 tbsp Lady's Choice Sandwich Spread ( Available at Hapinoy tayo)
Toppings ( Optional)
Egg : can be fried, pouched
garlic sauce
Garnish with calamansi or lime/citroen (just place on the side)
garnish with chopped sring onions, sprinkle it on top
Cooking Instructions
1. On a boiling water, add sliced pork liempo, pepper, laurel, magic sarap seasoning. Wait until the meat become soft and tender. Set aside
2 In a pan with cooking oil (over high heat) deep-fry the meat until brown and crispy. set aside. Slice
3 In a same pan and same oil (over med heat). Saute garlic and onion, then chillies. Add the cliced crispy porkliempo. Add silver swan soysauce to taste.
4. Turn off the stove then add Lady's choice sandwich spread. Toss en mix well.
Serve on sizzlingplate as sizzling sisig with lime or egg on the side (optional) ! If sizzlingplateis not available,you can use the normal plate. With or without sizzling plate, with or without rice HAPING BUSOG pa rin TAYO.
